If you are dissatisfied with the trial court’s verdict, the attorneys at Nickloy, Albright, Gordon, & Seibe can review the case history and determine whether a challenge to the legal determination in a higher court of law is advisable. In another possibility, where the opposition party is unhappy with the trial court’s order, and if they seek an appeal, we can defend our clients and present an oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals.
The final step in the state appellate process is to ask for the case to be transferred to the Indiana Supreme Court, where the case is argued through briefing and also through an oral argument from time to time.
